Terms of Service
I. Before Commissioning1. The client must contribute all important information/details relating to the commission before work proceeds. This includes deadline information. My turnaround time is two weeks, any request for sooner will be charged an additional fee. Any work besides sketches that is requested in 3 days or less will not be taken.2. The only currency accepted is USD, and I currently accept Paypal.3. Payment under 100$ is 100% due upfront via Paypal invoice. Any payment over 100$ will be 50% due upfront and 50% after the sketch or halfway point, via Paypal invoice.4. I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason.5. I will accept; NSFW, furries, feminine and masculine-presenting characters.6. I will not accept; Extreme gore, loli/futa, extreme fetish (ex. scat, rape, necrophilia, pedophilia, etc.), extremely political, controversial, or offensive pieces.II. During the Commission1. No refunds after the halfway point for any reason! I will notify the client once I reach that point.2. No refunds for emotes or sketches.3. I allow unlimited revisions during the sketch phase, but if after that, the client wishes to change things there will be a fee.4. After a subject is decided by both parties, the client may not change it.5. The client may not for any reason force a chargeback once a commission has been decided.6. If a client is belligerent and rude, and has not responded to warnings about such behavior, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and not issue a refund.7. If a client would like to upgrade their commission type after starting, they still need to pay the difference. However, if a client wishes to go from stylized to realism or vice versa a new commission must be made.8. If the client makes no contact for 3 weeks or more I will cancel the commission without refund.III. After the Commission1. I reserve the right to post all work to my portfolio/social media unless the client requests not to.2. I reserve all rights for management and distribution of all artwork unless previously requested by the client and discussed by both parties.3. In regards to character designs made by me, the design cannot have any major changes without talking to me in addition to receiving my consent first. This does not include clothing.4. The client may repost the finished commission, provided that proper credit is given to me. Character designs created by me must also be credited to me (character designed by Cryptia), including sharing new and/or existing art of said design.IV. Social Media Rights1. I reserve the right to post all commissions to my portfolio and/or social media.2. If a client wishes to not have me post to my portfolio/social media, a 20% privacy fee will be charged.3. NO COMMERCIAL USAGE including, but not limited to Twitch, social media branding, and merch; unless discussed between both parties.V. Other Pricing Fees1. Priority fees will be 50% of the total commission.2. NSFW fees will be 50% of the total commission.3. All commissions completed fall under personal use unless otherwise specified. If a piece is commercial, then a 300% commercial fee in addition to the original price is added. If the client decides to use a commission commercially after its completion, this can be discussed.4. Any money sent through Paypal that is not attached to the invoice I send will be considered a tip and not part of the total.
